These houses are meant for practical people. Here, we took special care to ensure that all square metres were used efficiently. This is why the 90 m2 can accommodate as many as four bedrooms, the largest of which also has a wardrobe. Two-storey terraced house
The ground floor of the two-storey terraced house has a large living room with utility rooms and bedrooms are located on the second floor. Unlike conventional terraced houses, the shorter side wall of these houses faces the neighbours and the longer wall faces the yard. This means that there is considerably more light in all the living rooms and the yards are much wider.
On the first floor, the bedrooms on the left are small in terms of square metres, but allow for different furniture layouts and have high ceilings under gable roofs. Here, you can also choose between several different layouts and transform the sheltered terrace into a conservatory or guesthouse or sauna.
